Homer`s Cafe in Homer Glen

This restaurant is my favored. I eat in a lot of restaurants but to this place I go the most. The crew is very professional and the food they cook is so yummy. I am always happy to have a decent meal in this place. I highly recommend this place.

Was there this morning for breakfast, and what a nightmare! Only one other table of people and we still had to wait 25 minutes for our food. Then an over- microwaved bagel that was actually solid in spots showed up. After relating the problem and sending ut back, they still had the nerve to charge me for the hash browns I ate off the plate before discovered the rock hard bagel omelette sandwich.

Always great food! Ate outside its a beautiful day. Had the western omelet. My daughter had kids silver dollar pancakes and ate them ALL for a change. French toast rounded out our order. Coffee is good flavor too which is a must.

Found it based on well-deserved reviews. Great menu, great food. It's a good thing we don't live nearby, or I'd be here too often.They get the simplest things right, too. Conscientious attention to detail. Sauces are just right.

Delicious.... I can't say enough good about this place and the waitresses are awesome see if Fabby if you come in.

The food was great and the business owner was my waiter he was very polite and welcoming. But the host has a very nasty attitude so she messed his tip up.

Stopped here a few times in the past with no problems at all food was great, stopped here this morning for breakfast and got it to go, I get home the bacon looked like it was over cooked a week ago and was run over by a truck I ordered eggs over easy the eggs were even burnt and the yokes were hard. I just tossed the whole damn thing in the trash. What a waste of my time, oh when I went in the place there was "NOBODY" in there I was the only one that should have told me something. Never again will I go to this place.

Great food. Service is good. It greats busy sometimes is takes a little while for your food but its because they make everything there!

Great service every time I visit!

Small, cozy even. Not a place to go for a quiet, private meal. The only detractor was "The View" prattling on in the background on the large TV set. Shrill hens cackling on in the background telling me what to think does not help me enjoy my meal. But the food is really good!

Go there every Sunday - good people all around - great food, clean place, friendly owners and staff - a good day out for food and fellowship. Not only breakfast - also lunch, try the hamburger and don't forget the soup- OM it is terrific.

Sad place...the food was not very good. My food was either dry, or could taste how cheap they went on ingredients. How does a pancake like paper seriously...the prices are awful as well they need to close or get it together will not return even the coffee was god awful...id rather go to fork and spoon in lemont they are Amazing!

Small but mighty! Large portions, good variety, great taste, and prices are reasonable.

At the moment you step in this place the stuff gives you an enjoyable feeling. Very courteous stuff, it is a good place to pass time with your friends or with your date. Excellent cuisine, creative chef, modest cost and excellent service. Warmly recommended.

I called to place a carryout order today because we have a newborn at home. We were told they were too busy and wouldn't place an order. We will never go back again.

Fast service and delicious food for a fair price. The seating area is small and could use remoldeling or painting but that's my own personal taste. Otherwise 5/5 great every time.

This is now officially our place for breakfast. Best biscuits and gravy on the planet. Service is great, staff is courteous and polite. Food is some of the best I have ever had.

It took a long time to get our food and it was just average.

Found ourselves close by and won't go to Chesden again. I didn't want fried with no flavors, so went to cafe. All 6 had different breakfast and dinners. The salmon Benedict and home fries were awesome. But everyone was extremely happy with their meals.
